Ken Peachey Caravan Repairs

I've just arrived home from visiting Ken Peachy caravans, a couple of weeks ago I called for a quote and the phone call did not go well none of my questions were answered and it felt like I was the one being difficult. So after purchasing a $100000 sprinter , I was going through Belmont and thought maybe they were having a bad day so thought would drop in and have a chat. I walked into the office and waited as they were busy with a customer , a lady looked up from behind a desk and asked if she could help me , I said I would like an air conditioner please , I cant remember exactly what she said but it was rude and not helpful. I said no worries and left a gentlemen followed me out of the office and I suspect he may have been a good bloke and was endeavouring to help but by this stage I wasn't interested, May be a good place for repairs but my experience on both occasions was not good.

Great quick service of Jayco Swan + installed a new roof rack and couple of repairs from wear-n-tear. Booking is required.

We needed some work done on our van and the team were efficient in helping, Megan in the office was great to work with in keeping us UpToDate on progress. We did have some slight problems after pick up and being regional customers Jason was happy to try and help resolve the problems, which they did at no cost to us.

The team at Ken Peachy ordered shock absorbers for my caravan (which had to come from Brisbane Qld) They arrived quickly.Ken also shared some great advice

They are excellent to deal with. Communication spot on, (thankyou Megan) organising the several parts required and then performing the job quickly and competently. Very satisfied. If I need furthur work, I'll return and am happy to recommend them to other caravanners.

Good customer attention let down a bit due to very busy. They've looked after me well with 4 warranty jobs so far to newish poor quality Jayco van including bigger job replacing the entire front of the van with added strengthening so it won't hopefully fail again during the next few years. As Peachey has looked after me, I don't want to be unfair to them. I've given 4 stars even though there have been problems/omissions with each repair works performed. So Jayco warranty is then accompanied with Peachey faulty workmanship rework.

Very disappointed in the service and attitude of this repairer for our recent insurance job. We accepted parts hard to find and it would be 3 - 4 months but after 6 months with minimal contact we sourced our own awning easily only to find ours had suddenly arrived. Went ahead with replacement but they still refused to do the job until January. We finally have our new awning 12 months after damage. Very rude and arrogant, our van filthy and not cleaned. Very very unprofessional and chaotic and manager and supervisor very arrogant and rude to deal with.

Managed to squeeze in at short notice for a warranty repair on our forever freezer. Great service and highly recommended.

Not interested in helping out. Started out badly with can't do that" even though it can be. Honesty would have been better as I had taken time off to make my appointment.The boss was not their so that was unfortunate. I'm glad only that I am not spending money with a company with such a poor attitude.Fully understand you are super busy but don't waste customers time. You really need some competition."
