Bought a new finch in April. Weren't able to use it until Christmas. Then again in January. Discovered the 12volt fridge didn't work and tried to arrange a service appointment to check the issue. Service department laughed at me and said July at the earliest. I said that was unacceptable as the vehicle was useless without a fridge. I was told to ring around their (Jayco) service agents. All said no. No warranty work until July at the earliest and one said just no". This is my 3rd can and unfortunately service is the same no matter the dealer. Rubbish product

From our first meeting to discuss our needs with Shand ! Whom I beyond highly re commend ! His care , knowledge and total honesty was outstanding ! Not at all a pushy salesman , just dead straight honesty born out of what the customer wants and how to work with that , rather than other salesman that deal differently!Then onto our delivery with Tony , who was a powerhouse of knowledge and a top guy to have on a handover ! In essence his anecdotal way of explaining the new van we’re engaging for both Karen and I ! He really took time to make sure we knew not just the how ! But also the why ! In addition to that he encouraged us both to be involved !I cannot fault anything in our dealings with LRV !Lastly , Thankyou Ash for knowing when I rang you at the show ! I was genuine !Our 20ft Urban Extreme will be our home from home for a long time !Thankyou All !Bob ‘n Kaz

In December 2021 I Had Brad from All states have a look at my car which was running really bad he had a look say there were a couple of damaged valves , he said I would be looking at approximately 4 to 5 thousand dollars I so accepted ! 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard from Brad so I called to see how he was going with the repairs , he replied that head had now ordered a new head entirely for the engine without discussing that with me at all and the stating I would now be looking at 8 thousand dollars! I was not pleased with that massive change in price without consulting me first so I got another quote of which came back at $6100I then let Brad know about the quote I received and he instantly said he was able to match the other quote!I’m pretty sure the $1900 he was prepared to charge me originally was jus a Xmas bonus for brad !Terrible way to run a business and terrible way to treat people and clients!

We had a odd request but not only were they able to help but completed the work very quickly and perfectly. Thanks again to the team for helping

Just purchased a Thetford replacement toilet kit for our caravan Had exactly what we were after and at a good price. Have been looking for this item for awhile while travelling.
